1. Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to return an item?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Is there any handling fee?
No, we do not charge any return or handling fees.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing time usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that refunds apply only to the product price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law or due to our fault.
Who pays for return shipping?
- We cover shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping for personal returns.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Which items are non-returnable?
Clearance items, gift cards, used personal care products, and items damaged due to misuse are non-returnable.

We currently ship within the United States only.
How much is shipping?
- Orders between $1.00 and $68.99: $9.90 standard shipping
- Orders of $69.00 or more: Free standard shipping (applied automatically at checkout)
- Express shipping: $19.90 flat rate
How long does delivery take?
We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping to meet different customer needs. Customers may select their preferred shipping method at checkout.
Estimated delivery time:
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
- Express Shipping: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, transportation issues, or other external factors.
Total delivery time:
- Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days

How can I track my order?
After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Will my order be shipped separately?
