Return & Refund
1. How long do I have to return a product?
You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
For change-of-mind returns, a separate 14-day return window applies.
2. Is there a restocking fee for returns?
No. We do not charge any restocking or handling fees.
3. How long does it take to receive a refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
4. Who pays for return shipping costs?
Defective or incorrect items: We will cover applicable return shipping costs.
Voluntary returns or exchanges (including change-of-mind returns): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For international returns, customers are also responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes unless the return is due to our error.
5. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@comforsy.com.
To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide clear photos showing the damage.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
6. How do I return an item?
Please follow the steps below:
Contact our customer support team before sending the item back to receive return instructions.
Complete any required return information provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.
7. What is the extended return window for delivery delays?
If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, an adjusted return window may be granted at our discretion.
Extended return windows are not automatic.

1. Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to selected countries and regions, including but not limited to:
United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
Shipping availability may change based on logistics conditions and carrier serviceability.
2. Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping costs vary by order value and shipping method.
Available shipping options, including free shipping thresholds, standard shipping, and express shipping, along with final costs, are displayed at checkout.
3. How soon are orders processed?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
4. How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
Express Shipping: 5–7 business days
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Actual delivery time may vary due to destination, carrier performance, customs clearance, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active and update.
