Return & Exchange Policy

At Comforsy, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are always here to help. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Return & Refund Policy.

1. Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Products showing signs of use, wear, modification, or damage not caused by transportation may not be eligible.

If the product has quality issues, including manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we will take full responsibility regardless of whether the package has been opened.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and safety for all customers, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Activated or purchased gift cards
  • Opened or used personal care or intimate products
  • Items damaged due to improper use, modification, or mishandling

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

For faster processing, you may place a new order and return the original item according to this policy.

4. Return Authorization & Process

To ensure accurate tracking and timely processing, please contact us before returning any item. All returns and exchanges must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Please email support@comforsy.com and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return or exchange

Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address.

5. Return Shipping Fees

Customer Responsibility
For returns due to personal reasons such as dislike or incorrect purchase, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Merchant Responsibility
If the return is caused by product defects, shipping damage, or our shipping errors, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Please note that unless the return is due to our fault or required by applicable law, original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@comforsy.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include the following in your email:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

We will provide a free replacement, repair, or full refund based on the situation.

7. Refund Policy

Inspection
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Original Payment Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing Time
Refund processing time usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that refunds apply only to the product price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law or due to our fault.

8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@comforsy.com.

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled. If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned according to our return policy after delivery.
