At Comforsy, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent delivery experience and ensuring your satisfaction. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery process.

1. Shipping Regions

Countries/Regions: We currently ship only within the United States.

Future Expansion: Additional shipping regions are under evaluation.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected shipping method.

  • Orders between $1.00 and $68.99 are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $9.90.
  • Orders of $69.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping, which is applied automatically at checkout.
  • Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $19.90.
  • Available shipping options are displayed at checkout based on your order value and delivery address.
  • All fees are clearly displayed during checkout with no hidden charges.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and handover to the carrier. During peak seasons, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing time may be extended. If processing exceeds the normal timeframe, we will notify you by email.

Processing time and shipping time are calculated separately. Shipping time begins only after the order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping & Delivery Time

We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping to meet different customer needs. Customers may select their preferred option at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
  • Express Shipping: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, transportation issues, or other external factors.

Total delivery time:

  • Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days
  • Express Shipping: 6–10 business days

5. Split Shipments

While we strive to ship all items in one package, some orders may be delivered in multiple shipments due to inventory availability, direct supplier shipping, or large order packaging requirements.

Split shipments do not incur additional shipping fees.

6. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@comforsy.com.

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled. If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned according to our return policy after delivery.

7. Order Tracking

After purchase, you will receive an email containing shipment details and a tracking number.

You may track your order on our website by entering your tracking number on the tracking page.

8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact support@comforsy.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

We will review the information and arrange a replacement, reshipment, or other appropriate solution.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your shipment is delayed, please allow additional time, especially during peak seasons. If tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact us for assistance.

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check nearby delivery areas, your mailbox, neighbors, or property management.

You should also contact the carrier directly for delivery confirmation.

Please notify us within 7 days of the marked delivery date by emailing support@comforsy.com so that we may further assist you. While we cannot guarantee compensation for losses caused by theft or carrier errors, we will support you in working with the carrier to investigate the issue.
